Data Processing Agreement

If your organization is subject to GDPR or a similar data protection law, you'll likely need a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with any processor of personal data — including Tempora — before going live.

We've published a standard DPA template covering our subprocessors, security commitments, and data handling obligations as a starting point. Download it, fill in your organization's details, and send it back to us to countersign — or bring it to your own legal counsel first if you'd like it reviewed or adjusted.

This template is a starting point, not a signed or binding agreement, and isn't a substitute for legal advice. Both parties should have it reviewed by qualified counsel before signing.
