Most agencies are up and running in under an hour: add your departments, import your employees from a spreadsheet, and let Tempora generate the first schedule. If you'd rather not do it yourself, we can set everything up for you.

Yes. You can import employees from a CSV file yourself, or turn on support access in Settings → Team and send us your spreadsheets. We'll add your clients, departments and employees for you as part of onboarding, without ever needing your password.

You add a payment method when you start the 14-day trial, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Pick the departments and dates, and Tempora fills the shifts with suitable employees. It respects availability, approved days off, shift preferences, required certifications and rest rules. You review the result before publishing it.

Tempora warns you before certificates expire, won't assign anyone without the certifications a department requires, and alerts you if a shift that's already scheduled is at risk because of an expiring certificate.

Yes. Post a short-staffed shift as an open shift and every qualified employee gets a notification. The first one to claim it is assigned automatically.

No. The employee app runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Employees see their shifts, check in and out with a QR code, set their availability, request time off and report sick leave.

An employee reports sick leave in the app. It doesn't need approval, and managers are notified right away so they can cover the shifts. If your agency requires it, the employee can attach a medical certificate.

Tempora is available in 12 languages: English, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Finnish, Russian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Turkish. Everyone, managers and employees alike, uses their own language.

Yes. Set an hourly rate for each client and link their departments. Tempora turns the hours actually worked into billing summaries and invoices per client.

The Enterprise plan is €199.99 per month for the first 100 active employees, plus €1.50 for each additional active employee. Contact us and we'll set it up for you.

Yes. Plans are monthly with no long-term contract. Cancel in the billing settings and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Yes. Tempora is built and run by ByteTech OÜ in Estonia under EU law. A Data Processing Agreement is available to every customer, employees can request deletion of their data, and important actions are recorded in your audit log.

Only your agency. Your data is never shared or sold. Employees only see their own information and shifts.

Only if you allow it. An owner or admin can grant time-limited support access, for example for setup help. It ends automatically, you can end it at any time, and everything we do appears in your audit log.
