About Tempora
Tempora is scheduling and workforce software for staffing agencies: security, cleaning, warehouse and event teams. It is built and run by ByteTech OÜ, a small software company in Tallinn, Estonia.
Why we built it
A staffing agency schedules people across many client sites at once. Licences expire, shifts change at short notice, and the hours worked have to match what the client is billed. Most scheduling tools are made for a single shop or office. Tempora is made for the agency in the middle: sites, staff, certifications, timesheets and client hours in one place.
Who is behind it
Antonio Crispino
Founder, ByteTech OÜ
Antonio Crispino works as senior cabin crew and is completing pilot training, in an industry where an expired licence means you don't fly. He built Tempora so agencies never send an uncertified worker to a shift. Product decisions and support requests go to the same small team, so the person who answers you can also fix the problem.
How we work
Every feature on every plan
Plans differ only by team size. Nothing is held back for an upsell, and you can cancel anytime.
An EU company
We operate under EU law and GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available to every customer, and only your agency can see your data.
You talk to the builders
There is no outsourced help desk. When you write to us, someone from the team that builds Tempora answers.
Early, and honest about it
Tempora is a young product. You won't find invented customer logos or testimonials here: the names and numbers in our product screenshots are sample data. When agencies agree to be named, their stories will appear on this page. Until then, the first agencies to join get an extended trial and a direct line to the team.
