How long does it take to get started?
Most agencies are up and running in under an hour: add your departments, import your employees from a spreadsheet, and let Tempora generate the first schedule. If you'd rather not do it yourself, we can set everything up for you.
How does automatic schedule generation work?
Pick the departments and dates, and Tempora fills the shifts with suitable employees. It respects availability, approved days off, shift preferences, required certifications and rest rules. You review the result before publishing it.
Do employees need to install an app?
No. The employee app runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Employees see their shifts, check in and out with a QR code, set their availability, request time off and report sick leave.
What counts as an active employee?
Any worker on your roster who hasn't been deactivated. Deactivate someone who has left and they stop counting toward your limit.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing settings in your dashboard.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Register and confirm your email address, and we email you a code for 30 days of free use, without entering a card. The offer is valid until 1 November 2027. You only add a card if you decide to continue on a paid plan.
